63 Hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-Licensing Course

Individuals must successfully complete a state-approved 63-hour Pre-license course to obtain licensure as a real estate Sales Associate. This is the initial step you must take to obtain your Florida Real Estate License. It is equivalent to FREC Course I, consisting of 63 hours of instruction & a 3-hour final exam. You must pass this course in order to qualify to take the Florida state exam for licensure as a Real Estate Sales Associate. This course includes your textbook, state exam manual, classroom materials (if attending in person), & unlimited access to retake the class for 6 months, to ensure success on the state exam.
