This is the 14-hour course all real estate licensees must complete every two years, prior to license renewal. This course includes 3 hours of core law, 3 hours of business ethics, & 8 hours of specialty credit. It also satisfies the NAR Code of Ethics and NAR Fair Housing requirements. Includes textbook and classroom materials.
NOTE: There is NO EXAM required when you attend this course in person!
