Classroom and Livestream Courses: You may cancel and receive a refund of fees paid, less than a $75 cancellation fee, within 7 days of registration or the first day of class, whichever occurs first. After 7 days, your fees may only be applied to another course for up to one year. All fees will be forfeited after one year.
Online Courses: You may cancel and receive a refund of fees paid, less a $50 cancellation fee, within 7 days of registration, or beginning the course, whichever comes first. You have up to one year to complete the online course. (Initial access period is 6 months, and up to 6 additional months with payment of applicable extension fees.) All fees will be forfeited after one year.
Refunds take 5 to 7 BUSINESS DAYS to process.
