The Holiday Hustle for Hope Free Real Estate Class Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by:

Hallmark School of Real Estate is solely responsible for administering the Sweepstakes and awarding the prize.
The Sweepstakes is being conducted in conjunction with Hallmark School of Real Estate’s Holiday Hustle for Hope Food & Fund Drive benefiting Second Harvest Food Bank. Second Harvest Food Bank is the charitable beneficiary and is not the sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
No real estate license, enrollment, purchase, or charitable donation is required to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins November 6, 2026, and closes for donations and hand-delivered or telephone entries on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Free entries submitted by mail must be postmarked by December 1, 2026, and received by December 7, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
The drawing will be held Tuesday, December 8, 2026.
4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter using either of the following methods.
Method A — Entry in Connection With a Donation
Individuals who donate money or eligible nonperishable food to the Holiday Hustle for Hope Food & Fund Drive may request one Sweepstakes entry.

Regular drop-off hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Alternate drop-off times may be arranged by contacting the school. Donations will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on December 1, 2026.
Donors wishing to enter must provide their name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number to the Sponsor by the applicable entry deadline.
A donation is voluntary and is not required to enter or win. The amount or value of a donation does not affect the number of entries or odds of winning.
Method B — Free Alternative Methods of Entry
Individuals may enter without making any purchase or donation using any of the following methods:
Option 1 — By Mail
Handwrite your full name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number on a 3×5-inch index card.
Mail the completed card to:

Only one entry card may be included in each mailed envelope.
Mailed entries must be postmarked by December 1, 2026, and received by December 7, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Option 2 — In Person
Hand-deliver a completed 3×5-inch index card containing your full name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number to Hallmark School of Real Estate at the address above.
Entries may be delivered during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or by prior arrangement.
Hand-delivered entries must be received by December 1, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Option 3 — By Telephone
Call Hallmark School of Real Estate at 386-947-7810 and request an entry in the Holiday Hustle for Hope Sweepstakes.
Provide your full name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number to the school representative.
Telephone entries will be accepted during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., through December 1, 2026. Telephone entries on December 1 will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Entry Limit and Equal Opportunity
Limit one entry per person, regardless of the method used. Multiple entries from the same individual will be counted as a single entry.
All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning. A donation does not increase the odds of winning.
5. Prize Description and Value
One winner will receive a transferable certificate entitling the recipient to enroll in any one live course offered by Hallmark School of Real Estate during calendar year 2027.
The prize includes:
- Full tuition for one live course of the recipient’s choice
- The required course textbook
- The option to transfer the certificate to another individual
The certificate may be redeemed for any live course offered during 2027, including Sales Associate Pre-Licensing, Broker Pre-Licensing, Sales Associate Post-Licensing, or Continuing Education.
The prize must be used for a live course offered between January 1 and December 31, 2027.
Maximum approximate retail value: $479.
The actual retail value depends on the course selected. No cash alternative or refund of unused value will be provided.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The drawing will take place on Tuesday, December 8, 2026, at Hallmark School of Real Estate, 1898 S. Clyde Morris Blvd., Suite 480, Daytona Beach, Florida.
The drawing will be conducted fairly and randomly, without preference based on whether an entrant made a donation.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
The selected winner will be notified by both telephone and email, using the contact information provided with the entry.
The selected winner must respond within seven calendar days of the first notification attempt to accept the prize.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsor will provide the winner with instructions for receiving and redeeming the course certificate.
8. Transferability and Redemption
The prize certificate may be transferred to another individual.
The person ultimately enrolling in a course must satisfy any applicable legal, licensing, or course enrollment prerequisites.
The certificate covers one live course and its required textbook. It does not include state licensing application fees, fingerprinting fees, state examination fees, or other third-party expenses.
The certificate expires December 31, 2027, and has no cash redemption value.
9. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and entry information and to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, materially incomplete, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
The Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject or disqualify eligible entries.
The Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is lost, delayed, misdirected, or received after the stated deadline.
The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected for the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the drawing, verify eligibility, contact the selected winner, and award the prize.
Participation does not require consent to receive marketing emails, text messages, or promotional telephone calls.
11. Winner Information
Following the drawing and confirmation of the winner, the winner’s name and prize information may be requested from the Sponsor at:

12. Charitable Beneficiary Disclosure
