Attend our live courses from anywhere, on any device! Students can interact with the instructor and ask questions in real time, just as if they were in the classroom. After completing the course, students may arrange to take their final exam in person, at one of 21 locations in Florida or they can choose to take the final exam online, at any time.

Sales Associate Pre-licensing
This course is equivalent to FREC Course I and consists of 63 hours of instruction, including a 3-hour final exam. You must successfully pass this course in order to qualify to take the Florida state exam for real estate sales license.

Sales Associate Post-licensing
This 45-hour course must be completed prior to your first renewal after obtaining your Florida real estate sales license.

14-Hour Continuing Education
This is the 14-hour course all real estate licensees must complete every two years, prior to license renewal. This course includes three hours of core law, three hours of ethics, plus eight hours of specialty credit.
