This course is equivalent to FREC Course II and consists of 72 hours of instruction, including a 3-hour final exam. You must successfully pass this course in order to qualify to take the Florida state exam to become licensed as a broker.

72 Hour Florida Broker Pre-Licensing Course
In Florida, real estate sales associates who accumulate 2 years of experience are eligible to pursue licensure as a Florida real estate broker. To obtain the broker’s license, completion of a state-approved 72-hour real estate broker pre-license course is mandatory.
